To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we ask that you take a moment to review our clinic policies before your appointment.
Deposits & Appointment Security
The Black Rabbit operates by appointment only. Each booking reserves dedicated time, preparation, and energy specifically for you. For this reason, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount is $50 for services over $100, or 50% of the booking total for services under $100

When booking online, Fresha takes a deposit to secure your appointment

Deposits for in-clinic rebookings are completed online via the Fresha email you receive after booking

Deposits for in-clinic rebookings must be paid at least 5 days prior to the appointment

Appointments without a paid deposit by this time will be automatically cancelled
Late cancellations and no-shows cannot be refilled at short notice and result in lost income for a small business. This policy allows us to continue offering focused, one-to-one care without overbooking or rushing clients.
Cancellation Policy
The Black Rabbit operates by appointment only. As such, we require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being retained.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in being marked as a "No-Show" and a 50% fee will apply.
This policy exists to protect the sustainability of a small, one-to-one clinic, where late cancellations cannot be refilled and directly impact our ability to operate. Thank you for respecting our time and the care that goes into each appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. However, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and a fee may apply. As we often have appointments booked back-to-back, it's important to ensure we're always running on time to ensure the best experience for every client.
Children in the Clinic
For safety, comfort, and the serenity of our space, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. Our clinic is not equipped to accommodate unsupervised minors during treatments.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client’s behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, or compromises the wellbeing of our team or other clients.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments or gift vouchers. Product returns are accepted for unopened items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Health & Medical Disclosure
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment. This ensures we can tailor your service safely and effectively.
